Seasonal Samosas

Welcome to North Devons Seasonal Samosas

Seasonal Samosas is a family run catering business born from Nin's love of ethnic cooking and Tom's passion for gardening.

The vegetables that are used in our cooking are all grown locally; the majority of it is grown in our own Indian garden.

We believe in an organic, sustainable, low carbon growing method to ensure our food is healthy and tasty; we even use a flock of Indian runner ducks as pest control!

Our dishes are the combination of age old secret Punjabi recipes mixed with fresh Devon produce and a British twist. The secret to our unique taste is in the 'Garam Masala'; a mix of spices that is individual to families and handed down from mother to daughter over generations.

While the food is fried it is still incredibly healthy as the freshness is captured and held in during cooking. The main ingredients in all our products are vegetables and the Pakoras and Tikkis are suitable for people with gluten intolerances due to the use of gram flour, we also offer a gluten free samosa option made using rice flour.

We sell our food at festivals, farmers markets and food fairs but also offer something different and unique for private functions such as weddings, parties and conferences. We sell the flavoursome Indian platter, a plate full of eastern delight featuring a tikki, a samosa, some pakoras and a salad served with fresh Chutneys. For dessert an Indian Crepe, served with clotted cream and ice cream, we can even tailor the Indian crepe with a choice of filling for you.
